Guardian+des offers a membership-based coworking space with additional options for workspace access and accommodations. Upon subscribing to our membership plans, you agree to the terms of service, fees, and offerings associated with each plan. We reserve the right to update membership benefits, fees, and terms as necessary.
3. Modifications to Offerings
Guardian+des retains the right to adjust or modify the scope of our offerings at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members as soon as possible. Continued use of the services after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of those changes.
4. Warranties & Responsibilities
While we aim to provide a high-quality, supportive, and secure workspace, Guardian+des does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our workspace resources, facilities, and digital offerings are provided “as is,” and we disclaim responsibility for any issues outside our direct control.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on this site, including but not limited to our name, logo, and website content, belongs to Guardian+des. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the site and its resources only for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, modification, or misuse of Guardian+des intellectual property is prohibited without prior written consent.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
Guardian+des reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account or membership for violations of our Terms or policies. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, misuse of resources, disruptive behavior, or failure to adhere to membership guidelines.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Guardian+des, its owners, partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Guardian+des be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount paid for membership or services within the preceding twelve months.
9. Amendments to Terms
Guardian+des may update or revise these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our website and services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kerala/India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts located in Kerala/India.
