Refund & Cancellations

Guardian+des is committed to providing a collaborative and resourceful environment for all our members. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand the terms of our membership and service agreements.

1. Membership Cancellations

Monthly Memberships (Workspace Access and Workspace with Stay):
- Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time by providing notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Refund: If a member cancels within the first 7 days of the initial payment, they may be eligible for a partial refund, provided no significant use of services has taken place. No refunds will be issued for cancellations beyond the first 7 days of membership.
Weekly Memberships:
- Weekly memberships are non-refundable once the workspace has been accessed or the week has commenced.
- For cancellations made before the start date, members may be eligible for a 50% refund.

2. Event and Facility Bookings

For one-time events, facility bookings, or additional services, cancellation requests made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date may be eligible for a 50% refund.

3. Refund Processing

Processing Time: Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5-7 working days.
Bank Transfer: The refunded amount will be credited directly to the customer’s bank account used for the original transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Membership fees, add-on purchases (e.g., software or additional services), and facility upgrades are non-refundable once accessed or used.
No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership term.

5. Modification of Policy

Guardian+des reserves the right to modify this policy as needed to reflect our evolving services. Any significant changes will be communicated to current members.
